Background
Renilla luciferase (RLuc) is commonly used as a reporter gene either on its own, or in conjunction with firefly and other beetle luciferases. It can be used in combination with the firefly luciferase as a dual luceriferase reporter gene system. The pre-packaged lentiviral particles can be transduced into any mammalian cell type for constitutively and stably expressing the Renilla luciferase reporter gene. Multiple choices of antibiotic stable-selection markers are available.
