Subcloning

– The lysate containing the initial virus particles will be amplified prior to purification on CsCl gradients.

– All of our virus particles are purified over 2 rounds of CsCl gradients, dialyzed to remove the cesium and stored in one mL aliquots. 

Ultra-concentrated Particles 

– We can formulate the virus at higher concentrations when in vivo experiments require high virus load in low volumes.
