Allergenicity reference:PubMed:18588553 Route of allergen exposure:Airway; A pool of 46 subjects with allergies to ragweed from Italy and Austria were used to select 2 positive IgE binding clones that are polcalcins. Five individual subects were used for IgE binding, inhibition and basophil activity tests.
